The FDA is strengthening its warnings about nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS), both over-the-counter and prescription, saying they can increase the risk of heart attacks or strokes, NBC reported.

The warnings cover brand names like Advil (ibuprofen) and Aleve (naproxen). Also included are prescription arthritis drugs like Celebrex, the NBC report said.
