Eric Kusheba, 36, pleaded not guilty to home invasion, carrying a dangerous weapon, voyeurism, second-degree stalking, third-degree criminal mischief and possession of child pornography, the Post said. He also requested a jury trial, the Post said.

Superior Court Judge Robert Devlin appointed a public defender for Kusheba, whose next court appearance is Oct. 26, the Post said.
Kusheba has been held on $500,000 bond since his arrest the early morning of Sept. 22.
He was wearing nothing but a bathrobe and T-shirt when he broke into a neighbor's home on Tunxis Hill Road, police said. He was found watching a girl sleep before her family trapped him and called 911, Fairfield police said.
Kusheba, who also lives on Tunxis Hill Road but was not known to the family, cut a screen window, entered the teen's bedroom and watched her sleep around 5:30 a.m., police said.
Officers found a set of brass knuckles in Kusheba's robe’s pocket, and a search of his smartphone at police headquarters showed he was in possession of images of child pornography, police said.
Kusheba, who has served two years in prison for assault and bomb-making, said he was in his home that morning when he saw two people walking around his neighbor’s property, the Post said.
He told police that he put on his robe, went outside and saw neighbor’s front door open, the Connecticut Post said. Kusheba said he went inside to make sure everything was all right and found himself in the teen's bedroom, the Post said.
