Fairfield Expected To Avoid Storms

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. – Though parts of Saturday’s forecast were originally a little bleak, Fairfield County residents should not see any rain or storms Saturday, according to the National Weather Service.

The original chance of precipitation and thunderstorms is no longer anticipated for Saturday or Sunday.

However, just after midnight Monday, there is a 20 percent chance of rain showers or thunderstorms.

The forecast high temperature for Saturday is 82, while Sunday’s forecast calls for a high of 80.

Saturday’s skies should be mostly cloudy, and then change to mostly sunny by Sunday morning.
