FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- A dance teacher from Fairfield has pleaded guilty to a sexual assault on a teenage student and could be sentenced to up to two years in prison, according to ctpost.com.

John Sadowski pleaded guilty Wednesday in Superior Court in Bridgeport to fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to children, ctpost.com reported.

He was accused of exchanging hundreds of sexual explicit text messages with the girl and inappropriately touched her, the story said.

Sadowski, 26, is scheduled to be sentenced on Nov. 6, according to ctpost.com.
