EASTON, Conn. Jacqueline Jackie Mohan Us, 24, of Easton, died April 7.
Us was born Feb. 18, 1988, and spent her early childhood living in Newtown before moving to Fairfield, where she graduated from Ludlowe High School in 2006.
Her lifelong love for animals led her to train and work as a veterinary technician. Us enjoyed horseback riding and softball, as well as drawing and sculpturing. Her greatest joy was that of being a mother.
She is survived by a daughter, Jadynn; her mother, Sharon (Robert) Sanzari, of Easton; her father, Gregory (Carla) Us, of Fairfield; her maternal grandparents, James and Caroline Mohan Sr., of Easton; her parental grandparents, Maximillian (Carmen) Us, of Huntington, and Anne (Robert) Ranaldo, of Middlebury; and several aunts and uncles.
A Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday in Notre Dame of Easton Church. All other services will be private.
