Titus was recently named the No. 1 producing agent in dollar volume for the brokerage in 2014 and received the Gold Award for his outstanding performance in the industry.
William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty determines eligibility for awards based on two types of criteria, including gross commission and units earned. The Gold Award is given to sales professionals who achieve high dollar volume and unit sales for the calendar year.
“Chris is an exceptional member of our team,” said Brad Kimmelman, manager of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty’s Southport-Fairfield brokerage. “His recent, well-deserved recognition and achievements are a testament to the patience, understanding and loyalty he provides his clients, rightfully making Chris one of the most sought-after Realtors in Fairfield."
Titus began his real estate career 10 years ago in Westport. During his first year in the business, he was awarded Rookie of the Year for obtaining the highest sales of all new agents companywide. As the market continues to strengthen, Titus continues to increase his total sales, which now exceed $75 million.
“Throughout 2014, home sale prices across the Northeast rose steadily, increasing the overall home value in the market,” Titus said. “Mortgage rates are currently at an all-time low, the unemployment rate is falling, and young adults who now have stable jobs are becoming first-time homebuyers. Fairfield County presents numerous ideal opportunities for selling and purchasing a home in 2015, and I am thrilled to be a part of such a thriving real estate market.”
