Letters Endorse Fairfield RTM Candidates

FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Anthony Calabrese and Bill Domeika are both Republican candidates for Fairfield’s Representative Town Meeting. The first letter is from Calabrese, the second from Domeika

Dear Friend,

I am pleased to strongly endorse Bill Domeika for RTM in District 9. Bill is a person who cares and is extremely passionate about Fairfield. He has lived in Fairfield for the past 20 years and his family has a history in town politics. Bill will bring fresh ideas to the table and a willingness to listen to all sides of the issues, and in the end will make the best-informed decision for Fairfield.

In the economic times we’re in, we need someone who can help lead us into the future with bold leadership, honest government transparency, and fiscal responsibility. I believe that Bill Domeika has those traits, and he can bring that type of leadership to our town. I know there is no one better to continue the efforts to keep our town strong and lead us into the future proudly as one of the best towns in the country to live in.

Please join me in support for Bill Domeika, RTM District 9, on Nov. 8.

Dear Friend,

I am proud to be endorsing a candidate for a seat on the Representative Town Meeting (RTM) that I personally feel is one of the strongest of anyone running this year. Anthony Calabrese is a young, energetic and hard-working man and I am supporting him for a seat on the RTM in District 7.

We need someone who can stand up for Fairfield and, more importantly, someone that has Fairfield’s financial interests in mind. Anthony is firmly committed to bringing strong, common sense ideas to the table, and I know he is someone who can make an immediate impact on Fairfield’s future. The thing that makes Anthony such a strong candidate is his wanting to restore transparency to our town’s government. We need to be fueled by honest, open and true transparency, and the only way that can happen is if we elect candidates such as Anthony that are driven and committed to providing constant oversight.

As a husband, and a father of two, he is also someone who knows Fairfield, and knows what an honor it is to call it home. Anthony for the past six years has worked at Fairfield Park and Recreation as the Recreation Coordinator. We need someone who is committed to Fairfield, who has shown a passion for working with our kids and has shown a consistent drive for serving his town.

Please join me in support of Anthony Calabrese for RTM, District 7, on Nov. 8.
