Women In Fairfield Invited To Junior League Open Houses For New Members

FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- The Junior League of Eastern Fairfield County will host open houses for prospective new members on Saturday, Sept. 21, and on Wednesday, Sept. 25.

On Sept. 21, the open house will be at Las Vetas Lounge at 27 Unquowa Road in Fairfield from 9 to 11 a.m. 

On Sept. 25, the open house will be at The Spotted Horse, located at 26 Church Lane in Westport, from 7 to 9 p.m.

The Junior League is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.

The Junior League of Eastern Fairfield County is located at 739 Old Post Road in Fairfield. It is jmade up of members from Bridgeport, Easton, Fairfield, Monroe, Newtown, Redding, Shelton, Southport, Stratford, Trumbull, Weston and Westport.
