The couple has been decorating their home for 17 years. They began putting together their annual "Wonderland at Roseville" in April with the help of their daughter Maryanne and her husband Brian Desiena — and say they love every minute of it.
The project features more than 800 pieces, including dozens of Santas, nutcrackers, and Christmas figurines, as well as a big red sleigh. To power it all, there are at least 30 circuits and more than 1,000 feet of running trains.
And no, that wasn't a typo; the whole thing takes about eight months to put together. "We were out here in April this year," confirmed Maryanne who said, she, along with her parents, enjoy making people happy.
"It's become a tradition," she said. "We've seen families grow up."
The display premieres every year at 5 p.m. Thanksgiving Day and remains open until New Year's. There is no entrance fee, though donations are accepted and go to Shriner's Hospital for Children in Tampa, Fla.

The lights are on at the house, which is located at 226 Roseville Terrace off Black Rock Turnpike, from 5 to 11 p.m. every day.
