The unidentified woman, started the channel Shut Me UP, after what she said was a huge backlash on Facebook after the story hits the news about the reported topless and later bottomless woman on the beach.
Halderman, who was reportedly intoxicated, had taken off her top, and then later her bottom at the beach, and had words with the woman who called the police, police said.
The woman, who called the police, said the "real" story was nothing like reported by the police, and she was attacked personally on Facebook and social media for making the report.
But, she says, the real story is she was concerned for Halderman because she claims she was with a much older man who was acting inappropriately.
In the video, the woman said she spoke to Halderman, not to put her top back on (saying she didn't give a ....) about that, but because she had children with her and the way the man was acting. After exchanging words, the woman then went to speak with a lifeguard and that's when the man allegedly approached her children.
The information about the man approaching her children is not in the police report.
She goes on to say in her "rant," that Halderman later approached and exposed her private parts, not her buttocks, to her and her children.
Her rant, which is full of profanity, is the first of what the woman said she hopes is many on topics ranging wide and far. Her next topic is "Should women bare their breasts in public.”
Halderman is the daughter of a former TV producer, Robert "Joe" Halderman, who allegedly attempted to blackmail Westchester resident and former late-night TV star David Letterman about an affair.
The video has received 3,358 views on YouTube.
