Plan b Restaurants, with locations in Fairfield, Milford, and Stamford has unveiled its new "Impossible Burger," a juicy vegan burger created by plant-based food startup Impossible Foods as of December 22.

The meat-like patty has gained popularity among plant-based food lovers who enjoy its meaty taste and consistency. Order it Southern Style with pimento cheese, fried green tomatoes, and slaw. Or any way you want it. Others on Facebook recommend a pretzel bun with spicy mustard, pickles and cheddar or Baja-style with avocado, jalapeños, jack cheese, and a spicy chipotle spread.
