Vinny's Backyard in Stamford has won the DVlicious "Best Wings in Fairfield County" contest as chosen by Daily Voice readers with 36 percent of the vote.
The eatery offers seven wing options with the "original" spicy Buffalo being the hands-down favorite. Go here for previous story.
The restaurant will be awarded with a DVlicious plaque along with the bragging rights of being a Fairfield County wing icon.
For the record, B.J. Ryan's in Norwalk came in second with 30 percent.
