Solo Travelers Invited To Talk At Fairfield Library

FAIRFIELD, Conn. – The Fairfield Woods Branch Library is hosting “Solo Travel 101,” a talk about traveling alone from 6-7:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Does the idea of traveling alone scare you? Indulging in one's own interests whims, and schedule without compromise shouldn’t be scary – it should be considered a gift of discovery about the world and oneself.

Nina Lesiga, who has traveled extensively by herself for work and pleasure, will share her experiences about places, developing trip strategies and lessons learned that contribute to having an engaging, authentic and safe experience.

Lesiga is a motivational speaker and coach focusing on self-discovery and personal empowerment through travel. She has spoken at libraries, museums, community centers, senior centers, civic organizations and community colleges throughout Connecticut.
