Trish Lobenfeld, who blogs at HoneypiesRecipes.com, has a few suggestions, among them her boneless leg of lamb.
The New Canaan resident admits her love for cooking started with a cardboard kitchen and plastic food as a little girl and evolved over the years from a hobby to a profession. Lobenfeld is a food writer and recently authored an ice cream book, "Endless Summer; 54 Quick and Creative Ice Cream and Dessert Recipes" and a children’s picture book, "Scrambled Eggs."
Along with her blog, she develops and test recipes, writes cookbook indexes, teaches culinary classes and produces cooking videos on the Honeypie’s Recipes Channel on YouTube .
