Mayer, also known for dating celebrities such as Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, Jessica Simpson, and Jennifer Aniston, has a watch collection worth tens of millions of dollars, according to The New York Times.

Mayer said he purchased the Rolex Explorer II, his first “real” watch, in 2001 after receiving his first significant check from a record label, The New York Times reported.
