FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- The world's best restaurant list has just been announced and, lucky us: many of the 50 are within driving distance of Fairfield County.

Of the top picks, Blue Hill at Stone Barns in Tarrytown ranks No. 49, with Manhattan's Per Se coming in at No. 40, Le Bernardin at No. 18 and Eleven Madison Park at No. 5.

No. 1 is El Celler de Can Roca in Girona, Spain.
