FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- Fairfield County is full of watering holes that would please even the nerdiest of beer experts. But only one -- Craft260 -- won the overwhelming majority, making it the "DVlicious Best Craft Beer Bar" in the county.

The Fairfield bar, which captured 38 percent of the vote, boasts 11 beers on draught and 40 bottles and cans including a host of rare beers and a nice list of Connecticut local breweries.

The restaurant, at 260 Post Road, will receive a framed DVlicious certificate as well as the pride in knowing it has "raised the bar" in Fairfield County.

For the record, Cask Republic, with locations in Stamford, Norwalk, and Local Kitchen, also in Fairfield, came in close behind, tied at 25 percent.
