Big Names Trail Pack In Ranking Of Best Fast Food Chains

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. – The 2015 American Customer Satisfaction Index Restaurant Report has ranked 18 fast food chains based on Americans’ preferences, and longstanding big names in the fast food industry are taking a backseat to some newer restaurants, reports Rant Food.

Chick-Fil-A topped the customer satisfaction list at no. 1, followed by Chipotle’s at no. 2 and Panera Bread rounding out the top three, according to the report

McDonald’s came in last at no. 18, followed by Jack-In-The-Box at no. 17, Taco Bell at no. 16 and Burger King at no. 15, reports Rant Food.

Ratings were based on staff, courtesy and quality of the food, among other facets, according to the report.
