Monday, Sept. 23

"R and R" Relax and Restore - Meditation: 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. The class will teach the skills to calm both mind and body as well as combat the harmful effects of stress. There's a Map for That!: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This special exhibition explores many faces of Connecticut and the whys and ways of mapping them with largescale, full-color reproductions of rarely seen historic maps from the 18th century to the present.
