“Storyland Adventures” starts with Babes on a Blanket for babies up to one year old and their moms or caregivers. This baby play group has 20 minutes of structured time with board books, toys, music and rhymes, then 25 minutes free play and socializing. No registration is required. This event takes place from 11 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. on Thursdays; Jan. 8, 15, 22, 29; Feb. 5, 12, 19, 26.
Wiggle Ones is a weekly storytime for one- and two-year-olds (walkers). The children waddle around to nursery rhymes, enjoy finger plays, listen to music and enjoy a simple story. Registration is required and ongoing now. The event takes place from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Wednesdays; Jan. 7, 14, 21, 28; Feb. 4, 11, 18, 25.
Wee People is for two- and three-year-olds. Kids blast in with their parents for a theme-based tale or two, a related craft, a finger play and a song. Registration is required and ongoing now. The event takes place from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Tuesdays; Jan. 6, 13, 20, 27; Feb. 3, 10, 17, 24.
3 to 5 Beehive is for three- to five-year-olds. Kids buzz in for weekly theme-based stories and take home a related craft. No registration is required. The event takes place from 10:15 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. on Thursdays; Jan. 8, 15, 22, 29; Feb. 5, 12, 19, 26.
