Learn About Spies At Fairfield Museum After Dark

FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- Come to the Fairfield Museum & History Center on Thursday, April 7 to explore the fascinating world of the Culper Spy Ring. Discern fact versus fiction, analyzing the popular TV series "TURN: Washington's Spies," the television drama about Revolutionary War spies on AMC.

The event is part of the popular "Museum After Dark" series, and it's open to the public.

Speakers will include local author and historian Jackson Kuhl and Rachel Smith, a historical consultant for the Connecticut State Historian at UCONN and blogger for TURN to a Historian. The blog is for people searching for historically-accurate information and analysis about "TURN: Washington's Spies."

Refreshments will be served during a social from 6-6:45 p.m., and the panel discussion will begin immediately after. The program is free for museum members and $5 for non-members.
