The private lunch reception with Rose begins at 12:30 p.m. with cocktails followed by a toast to Rose at 1:30 p.m. Eliasoph will moderate a 3 p.m. discussion between the CBS News journalist and guest interviewer Faith Middleton of Connecticut Public Radio.
