The talk is part of April’s Evening Lecture series in conjunction with Fairfield University.
Fairfield University is working with the zoo on animal behavioral research projects.
At the talk, participants will learn answers to the following questions:
- Will we hear the pitter patter of baby snowy owl feet in our future?
- What do our new giant anteaters do all day?
- What foes go underground in the prairie dog tunnels?
- Do hellbenders prefer to dine in the dark?
- Can sloths, callimico monkeys and agoutis be nice and share?
- Why is our porcupine so shy?
The lecture will take place in the DiMenna-Nyselius Library Auditorium, Room 101, Fairfield University campus, 1073 N. Benson Road.
The suggested donation is $10. The event is free to Fairfield University students. Refreshments will be served.
The Beardsley Zoo is at 1875 Noble Ave., Bridgeport.
