Total Mortgage Opens Branch On Fairfield's Post Road

FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Mortgage brokerage chain Total Mortgage Services opened up a new branch on the Post Road in Fairfield last month.

Headquartered in Milford, Total Mortgage Services is in its 16the year in business. The company offers home loans, refinancing programs and financial advice locally and across the country.

Joe Bartolomeo and Thomas Bepko, both longtime Fairfield residents, will co-manage the new branch.

“Total Mortgage is excited to be opening our newest branch office in Fairfield as part of our hyper-local growth strategy,” Total Mortgage president John Walsh said in a press release. “Both Thomas and Joe, who are active members of the community, know the Fairfield market extremely well, and can help meet local borrowers’ needs when making a decision to either purchase a new house or refinance an existing one."
