Honey mustard and chipotle barbecue snack wraps have also been cut from the menu, the report said.
The Deluxe Quarter Pounder was replaced by a similar hamburger with different toppings, the report said.
The change in menu comes after McDonald's faces six consecutive quarters of declining same-stores sales in the U.S. as well as pressure to sell healthier items, the report said.
McDonald's still has 40 more items than it did in 2007, according to the report.
