Groove On Over To Vinyl Street Café's First Birthday Bash In Fairfield

FAIRFIELD, Conn. — If you thought vinyl records went the way of mood rings and floppy discs, stop on by Vinyl Street Café, which will celebrate its one-year anniversary with much hoopla this Saturday.

The anniversary festivities include live music performances, tasty breakfast and lunch options from BFF Grill food truck, craft beer and always popular raffles and giveaways. You can even meet Grammy-winning guitarist Paul Nelson, who played with blues rock icon Johnny Winter, who will be on hand for 1 p.m. signing.

“We’re so excited to reach this milestone, and can’t wait to celebrate with our loyal customers and community,” said Josh Wright, who owns the casual record store and listening lounge tucked in a shopping center off the Post Road.

The day’s musical lineup includes The Town Hall, Melissa Mulligan Vocal Studio, Skip Glogan and more.

The celebration takes place from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Vinyl Street Café, 1895 Post Road.
