The social media workshop will be held on Dec. 8 and is designed to connect the dots between the various social media channels, provide information and offer assistance to find out which channels work best for one's business. Social media strategist Cynthia Cavoto will moderate a panel of social media experts with insights from their experience.

The panel begins at 7 p.m. in the Rotary Room at the Main Library.

Another Small Business Strategies program will cover the topic of financing a small business on Dec. 16.

The panels are presented as part of the Small Business Strategies series for current and prospective entrepreneurs. The series is presented through a partnership with the Greater Bridgeport Chapter of SCORE, a non-profit dedicated to helping small businesses succeed through mentoring and education programs.

Registration is requested at www.fairfieldpubliclibrary.org or by calling (203) 256-3160.

The Fairfield Public Library is located at 1080 Old Post Road.
