Under his leadership, the Mitchell's Westport location grew by 50 percent and the family business, now the Mitchell's Family of Stores, expanded with the acquisition of three luxury retail businesses on the East and West coasts.
At the breakfast, there will be lessons on building relationships, delivering personalized service and keeping an edge.
The Fairfield Emerging Leaders Organization is a professional group within the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce. This is a new organization of emerging leaders from entry to management level in their current company.
Its mission is to provide a platform for young professionals to engage in business-sponsored activities and connect with individuals that will enhance professional skills while promoting social and civic opportunities for the enrichment of the business community.
It contributes a portion of the proceeds raised for scholarships to go to a local high school senior majoring in business.
Community and civic activities will be focused on making the local community a better place to live, work and play.
The organization allows like-minded professionals to connect on several levels by networking, socializing and serving the community in a civic capacity.
It provides professional/educational, social and philanthropic opportunities to its members and each event is an opportunity to meet other emerging leaders in a variety of fields.
The one-year membership fee is $50 per person. Membership benefits include:
- A discounted ticket price to attend networking events.
- Attend an event complimentary.
- A portion of proceeds benefit local high school student scholarships.
- Qualify for member spotlight on social media.
