Darien-Rowayton Bank Opens Branch In Fairfield

FAIRFIELD, Conn. – The Darien Rowayton Bank has opened a new branch in the Southport section of Fairfield. The bank has special giveaways all week as part of its grand opening celebration.

“We are delighted to have a presence in Southport and offer our products and services to the community,” Robert Kettenmann, Darien Rowayton Bank’s President, said in a press release. “People today realize the value of doing business with a community institution where decisions are made locally.”

Fairfield resident Virginia Goodfellow will manage the new branch. The bank offers the full range of deposit and loan services, and has a drive-through system for easy access.

The branch has been in service since May 6, but from May 29 to June 1 it will hold a grand opening celebration. Customers can stop by for free food and gifts, including pies from The Pantry and other items.

The branch is located at 3695 Post Road in Southport, near the Westport line.
