Police discovered following a volatile interrogation that a Fairfield County woman aboard a vehicle who was one the subjects of a welfare check had five active warrants. At approximately 8 a.m. Friday, Westport Police officers were dispatched to check on the welfare of the occupants of a vehicle after it got off on Exit 17 of I-95 in Westport.
