The identities have been released who three women who were killed after a crash involving a drunk driver in front of an event venue in New York, police said. At around 11:10 p.m. Saturday, May 21 on Long Island, a 2010 Lincoln Town Car with a driver and five occupants was struck in the eastbound lane of Jericho Turnpike in New Hyde Park by a 2012 Mercedes-Benz sedan occupied by only the driver, according to Nassau County Police. A Connecticut man is facing manslaughter and driving under the influence charges for allegedly killing a dirt bike driver and injuring a moped driver before fleeing the scene on the Long Island Expressway. A Stamford man who was wanted by the Connecticut State Police for vehicular manslaughter was nabbed by local police following a bar fight. The family of a 21-year-old Manhattanville College student scolded the drunk driver who struck and killed their son in court at her sentencing on Wednesday.
