Armed Danbury Man Found With 'Murder Manifesto,' Authorities Say A 31-year-old armed man found with a "murder manifesto" is facing multiple charges after a traffic stop in the area, according to authorities. At approximately 12:40 p.m., March 18, Putnam County Sheriff Sergeant William Quick observed an erratically driven vehicle commit traffic violations on Route 301, in the Town of Carmel, Putnam County Sheriff Robert L. New Fairfield Teen Charged With Driving While Impaired After Two-Car Crash A teen from New Fairfield has been charged after allegedly driving impaired and getting into a two-car crash, Putnam County Sheriff Robert Langley said. Putnam County Sheriff Deputies responded to State Route 312 in the Town of Southeast on Thursday, Feb. 21 on the report of a two-car accident. Further investigation revealed that one of the drivers involved in the crash, 19-year-old Dylan Stefanelli of New Fairfield, was allegedly impaired by drugs, police say.
