Tracking Process Underway For First Putnam County Patients Quarantined With Covid-19 Tracking is underway for the first two Putnam County patients diagnosed for testing positive for the novel strain of the coronavirus,  the Putnam County Department of Health said in a statement early Sunday evening, March 15.  Under the tracking process, health officials determine who the patients had contact with recently, where they work and where they visited. Those that are found to have had contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case will be notified by the PCDOH and precautionary or mandatory quarantine will be established for each person, the department said.
