The Sleeping Potato opened at The SoNo Collection in Norwalk on Friday, Sept. 23, representatives announced. The SoNo Collection management team, the Norwalk Chamber of Commerce, and Norwalk Mayor Harry Rilling attended the official ribbon cutting.
