19: First Scripted US TV Series Resumes Production Amid Pandemic
One of the nation’s longest-running television shows has become the first scripted American television show to resume production amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The Bold and the Beautiful, the popular soap opera which has aired on CBS since 1987, returned to the studio to resume production last month, with its first new episode since March scheduled to air on Monday, July 20.
