Arrest Made In Connection With Death Of Man At Danbury Condo Police have arrested a friend of a man shot to death at the Sterling Woods Condominium Complex in Danbury. David Ramos, 33, of Danbury, was arrested early Wednesday, Sept. 11, in connection with the Wednesday, Sept. 4, shooting death of Jason James Lowry Hoffman, 33, of Brewster, said Danbury Police Det. The murder took place earlier Wednesday, Sept. 4, at the complex on Silversmith Drive,  said Danbury Police Det. Lt. Mark Williams said. Williams said the victim was an adult white male but did not offer other details.
