Fairfield Countyt resident William Hill, of Bridgeport, was arrested just after 10:30 p.m. on July 19 after being stopped in Springfield by officers on Dickson Street for driving an unregistered vehicle, police said. CT Man Nabbed In Connection To Fatal Shooting Of 21-Year-Old A Connecticut man has been arrested for the shooting death of a 21-year-old Western Mass man. The murder took place in Hampden County in Springfield on Worthington Street around 10 p.m. on Friday, April 15. Hartford resident Andre Wise, age 21, was arrested on Wednesday, May 4, for the shooting of Karmari Alexander, of Springfield, said Ryan Walsh, spokesman for the Springfield Police Department.
