Samuel Burroughs, of Cranston, Rhode Island, was arrested Thursday, Jan. 3 around 4:45 p.m., on Garden Drive in Fairfield, said Fairfield Police Lt. Robert Kalamaras. Burroughs was arrested as part of an ongoing investigation by the department's Detective Bureau, said Kalamaras.
