Wilton Police officers responded at 6:38 p.m. at 55 Ruscoe Road where they reportedly found the 25-year-old man unresponsive, said police. Police: Wilton Man Arrested After Violating Restraining Order In New Canaan A Wilton man has been charged with violating a restraining order after an incident that occurred in New Canaan, police said. The man, 57-year-old Kevin Miller, was charged after New Canaan Police say they took a complaint at 10:10 p.m. on Friday, June 22 from the victim. Wilton Police assisted New Canaan Police who traveled to Miller's home on Ruscoe Road to take him into custody. Miller was processed at New Canaan Police Headquarters and released on $10,000 bond. He is due to appear in court on Monday, June 25.
