Five Fairfield County Residents Charged With DWI In NY Stops New York State Police troopers removed two dozen motorists from area roadways during the extended Veterans Day holiday weekend. Local residents charged include:  Westchester County On Saturday, Nov. 9, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Otis L. Martin, 36, of Croton-on-Hudson, for DWI. He was traveling on Route 9 in the village of Croton-on-Hudson, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Woman Charged With Felony DWI In Area Had Two Prior Convictions, Police Say A woman with two prior convictions has been charged with felony DWI, police say. New York State Police say Michelle Eastridge, 38, of Dover was stopped for a violation while driving on Route 82 in the town of Union Vale on Wednesday, June 19. Further investigation revealed that Eastridge was under the influence and had been driving with a suspended license, according to police.
