Man Killed In Crash After Losing Control Of Car Near I-684, Police Say A 59-year-old man was killed after losing control of his vehicle and slamming into another vehicle on Route 35 near the intersection with Interstate 684 in Katonah, said Bedford Police. The man, a New Rochelle resident who police declined to identify, was driving west on Route 35 in a Lincoln Continental car service vehicle around 10:30 p.m., Thursday, July 11, when the vehicle crossed the median and struck a guardrail on the east side of the highway, said Bedford Police Lt.
