Man Apprehended After Stealing Truck On I-84, Ramming Patrol Cruisers, CT State Police Say
A Connecticut man has been apprehended after jumping out of a car on a busy highway to steal a truck and ramming two state police cruisers before fleeing. The incident took place in New Haven County on I-84 in Southbury around 8 a.m. on Thursday, June 16. According to the state police, Robert Brown got out of a vehicle that was traveling westbound on I-84 near Exit 13 in Southbury and ran across the highway to the eastbound side.
