The incident occurred in New Canaan shortly after 12 a.m. on Tuesday, July 9. According to Lt. Wall Street Theater In Norwalk Flips The Switch On New Marquee NORWALK, Conn. -- The Wall Street Theater in Norwalk marked its official opening after an extensive, $10 million renovation by lighting up its marquee in a ceremony. The 700-seat theater, located at 71 Wall St., was originally built in 1915 and has been transformed into a next-generation performance space that will showcase professional music, comedy, dance and stage performances.  In keeping with the 100-year-old history of the building, the blade and marquee sign will serve as a beacon for emerging artists and performers showcasing their talents. The lighting ceremony was held Jan. 5.
