Patrick Bowdoin, 37, of Norwalk, was arrested in March for taking photos and videos under the skirts of at least 12 women with his cellphone, according to New Canaan Police. Man Arrested For Taking Photos Under Women's Skirts, New Canaan PD Says A Norwalk man was arrested for taking photos and videos under the skirts of at least 12 women with his cellphone following a two-month investigation, according to New Canaan Police. Patrick Bowdoin, 37, turned himself into New Canaan Police on Monday after a warrant was issued for his arrest, police said. The investigation found that Bowdoin was involved in multiple acts of voyeurism in which he would use his cellphone to take photos and videos under the skirts of the women without their knowledge or consent, police said.
