Stamford Woman Driving Under Influence Resists Arrest, Police Say A Fairfield County woman driving under the influence in Westchester was taken into custody after resisting arrest following a traffic stop, according to authorities. At around 10:20 p.m. on Friday, March 31, New York State Police troopers stopped a vehicle on I-95 in New Rochelle for a vehicle and traffic violation.  The driver, Carmen C. Long Island resident Borndivine Intelligence Jackson, age 26, of Bellport, was formally indicted on weapons charges Friday, Oct. 28, in Suffolk County Court. Prosecutors said Jackson ran from Suffolk County Police officers in June 2022 during a search for a suspect in an unrelated shooting investigation in Shirley. Emily Mackinnon-Dunbar, of Waterbury, was arrested on Thursday, March 25, after state police attempted to stop her vehicle on I-95 in the village of Mamaroneck for a traffic violation, said Trooper Tara McCormick.
