Police on Long Island arrested a Connecticut man for alleged criminal possession of a weapon after he attempted to flee from police during a traffic stop. Nassau County Police arrested the 25-year-old just before 4 p.m., Friday, June 11, for criminal possession of a weapon after he refused to cooperate with police during a traffic stop in Plainview. Motorcyclist Seriously Injured In Crash Near Northern Fairfield County
Emergency responders rushed to the scene of a serious two-vehicle crash early Sunday afternoon in Dutchess County. A motorcycle and car were involved in the crash on South Amenia Road in Wassaic.
