49-Year-Old Bridgeport Man One Of Two Crack Dealers Sent To Prison A Fairfield County man is one of two crack dealers in the area who will spend time in prison. Carnell Edwards, 49, of Bridgeport, has been sentenced to 30 months in prison, followed by five years of supervised release; and West Haven resident Marvin Spruill, 27, has been sentenced to 57 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release for dealing crack. Fairfield County Man Among 19 Charged In FBI Drug, Weapons Bust Nineteen people, including a Fairfield County man, have been arrested as a result of an FBI New Haven Task Force Investigation into crack cocaine and Oxycodone.  Seven firearms were seized during the investigation. John H. Durham, U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut, Patricia M.
