Stamford Man Driving Without Tire Nabbed For Drunk Driving In Darien, Police Say
A Fairfield County man was nabbed for alleged drunk driving after he was stopped for driving without a tire, with his hazard lights on. Stamford resident Edvin Palma, age 48, was charged on Sunday, June 9, on Noroton Avenue in Darien. According to Sgt. Mauricio Vigil of the Darien Police patrol officers spotted Palma driving a Honda Pilot northbound on Noroton Avenue with hazard lights on and emitting a loud thumping noise. Woman Faces DUI Charge After New Canaan Crash
A woman involved in a two-car crash in Fairfield County had a blood alcohol content nearly five times the legal limit, police said. Officers from the New Canaan Police Department responded to the intersection of New Norwalk Road and East Avenue shortly before 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 27, where there was a report of a crash. Weston Woman Nabbed For DUI In Wilton After Concerned Motorist Contacts Police
A Fairfield County woman was busted driving with a blood alcohol content more than quadruple the legal limit after police were alerted to an erratic driver in a Walmart parking lot. Members of the Wilton Police Department received a report from the Norwalk Police Department at approximately 8 p.m. on July 26, where there was a report of the erratic motorist.
