Pair Face Prostitution Charges In Fairfield County Two women were nailed on prostitution charges following a raid on a apartment where an illegal massage parlor was offering more than massages. The two were busted on Wednesday after officers in the Stamford Police Department's Narcotics and Organized Crime squad obtained information that massages and prostitution could be found at the Latino Model Massage, located at 1392 Summer St., said Capt.
