Man Charged With Attempted Theft Of Engine From Construction Site In Westport, Police Say A 33-year-old Westport man has been charged in connection with allegedly attempting to steal an engine from a construction site. Justin Bitar was arrested on Thursday, Jan. 16, in connection with attempted theft that took place on Sept. 10, 2019, from a construction site near the Saugatuck Train Station, Westport Police said.
